We are seeking a Revenue Operations Support Analyst to help us scale how we support our sales organization. This role will be a critical partner to sales and collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations, helping move deals forward with speed, sound judgement, and operational rigor.

You’ll play an important role in structuring deals, improving process quality, and helping our sales team close business efficiently and responsibly. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and energized by solving problems in a fast-paced environment. This is a great role for someone who is a self-starter and wants to build strong commercial judgement early in their career while having a direct impact on revenue outcomes. 

What You’ll Do:

Support Deal Execution:

  • Partner with sales teams to review, structure, and support deals across a range of products and regions
  • Help drive deals through the quoting, approval, and contracting processes with urgency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail, policy, and business context
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day partner to account executives, account managers, and sales leaders on deal questions and support
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and other partner teams to support the quote-to-cash process and execution

Enhance Operational Quality:

  • Ensure deal data is complete and accurate in our CRM, with a focus on data hygiene and process compliance
  • Support pricing and discounting governance by reinforcing our pricing policies
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across deal workflows and related processes

Improve Process and Scale:

  • Identify friction in current processes and proactively recommend improvements that increase speed, consistency, and scale
  • Optimize policies, playbooks, and standard operations procedures for deal support
  • Provide general sales operations support as needed across planning, process, and execution priorities
What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:
  • 2+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or related analytical or operational roles
  • Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or technology sales organizations
  • Familiarity with pricing, discounting, approvals, process enhancement, and sales operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with first principles thinking
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive eagerness to learn and level-up the revenue operations team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is a hybrid role based out of Hyderabad, India.
