About the roleYou'll be reporting into our VP Operations.
As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of Finary One’s revenue operations, ensuring smooth workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will manage our CRM (HubSpot), sales automation, customer journey, and operational KPIs to create a seamless experience for our clients and internal teams.
CRM & Lead Management
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot to track and manage leads efficiently.
• Ensure 100% lead capture and follow-ups with automation and workflows.
• Improve processes for meeting scheduling, handovers, and pipeline tracking.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization
• Design and enforce workflows for Advisory and Ops teams.
• Ensure seamless handover notes & process adherence for Ops Managers.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Customer Experience & Retention
• Streamline onboarding and data collection to create a smooth client experience.
• Set up and track CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) for operations.
• Improve efficiency in subscription creation for our partners.
Data, KPIs & Reporting
• Build dashboards to track churn, expansion, lead conversion rates, CSAT, and financial performance.
• Provide insights and reports for continuous process improvement.
Tech & Tools Management
• Manage HubSpot and other advisory/ops tools.
• Test and implement new tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless adoption of technology within the team.
You’d be a great fit if you5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields.
Background in Financial Services is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and automation tools.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate actionable insights.
Experience with CSAT, KPI tracking, and sales automation.
Comfortable testing and implementing new tools and technologies.
based in Paris and french native speaker (both mandatory)
