Build and scale Finary One’s wealth-operations infrastructure for advisors and high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include creating internal tools, automations, reconciliation and data workflows, operational rules, client-facing processes, and partner integrations. The role combines approximately 70% system building with 30% frontline client and partner interaction, requiring ownership from problem definition through deployment and continuous improvement.

Edit and prepare video content for a high-performing personal finance channel. Responsibilities include derushing footage, assembling recurring formats, adapting long-form videos into shorts and reels, managing exports and file organization, maintaining project hygiene, and improving AI-assisted production workflows. The intern will also contribute ideas for pacing, sound design, motion, and thumbnails while receiving mentorship from senior editors.

Execute full-funnel growth initiatives across content, SEO, CRM, paid marketing, partnerships, PR, and brand channels. Build dashboards and reports, automate repetitive marketing and data workflows, use AI extensively, and provide data-driven recommendations.
