We are seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic individual to [drive our Revenue and Finance Operations efforts.]
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager will be critical in establishing and managing multiple sales, finance, and legal processes. S/he will work closely with the Sales and Finance leadership to ensure MinIO can develop necessary processes to scale its operations as it is undergoing its aggressive growth phase by (1) ensuring compliance with the necessary internal Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Legal processes; and (2) assisting with the implementation and adoption of various internal technologies necessary for effective Quote-to-Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, Variable Compensation and other key processes.
Initially, this role is focused on the bottom of the funnel Sales processes that overlap with Finance and Legal workflows. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to take leadership roles in other Revenue Operations and Analytics efforts.
More specific areas of responsibility include:
· Work closely with Sales, Finance and Legal leadership to ensure all bottom-of-the-funnel processes are efficient, well documented, and comply with MinIO business needs
· Contribute to the implementation of SalesForce Configure Price Quote (“SFDC CPQ”) and Sage Contracts modules to ensure accurate tracking, invoicing, and revenue recognition for MinIO customer contracts
· Assist with the administration of variable sales compensation
· Consult MinIO Sales Professionals on the best ways to structure the financial component of large, complex deals
· Develop data-driven methodologies and own analytics to identify friction points in MinIO customer negotiations; propose solutions to remove friction
· Manage tracking and reporting of custom contract terms in a scalable way
You are:
· Batchelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business or related field
· Proven experience in a Revenue Operations role, preferably in a start up environment
· Proven experience working cross departmentally, particularly Finance, Sales and Legal
· Always running towards, not away, from problems
· Highly analytical with a strong focus on data-driven results, thinker who can identify critical needs, various ways of solving challenges, and corresponding trade-offs
· Incredible communicator who is able to lead through satisfying complex internal and external requirements through creative problem solving and personal relationship building
· Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail
Compensation Range is $130,000 - $175,000 annually. Factors such as academic credentials and relevant experience will influence the actual salary offered,
