The Opportunity

We are looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This is a high impact role that will be working directly with the founding CEO + CRO in defining the Rev Ops department from the ground up! You will play a crucial part in measuring, refining, and scaling revenue operations across the entire customer lifecycle from lead to customer.
You’ll work hands-on with leaders in sales, marketing, and success to identify growth opportunities that will drive impactful revenue results. You will have autonomy in how you execute on these revenue initiatives and how you turn them into systemized engines of growth. You will also be owning our revenue reporting foundation with our CRO by building dashboards and forecasts to manage the outcomes of our revenue facing departments.
We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership over the rev ops department. There’s a lot of autonomy and room for innovation in this role with the flexibility to implement new tooling and methodologies. We welcome any new and wild AI ideas/platforms you’ve been meaning to play with!
What you’ll do:
- Building and improving reports and dashboards spanning all revenue generating functions to enable data-driven decisions. We’ll be establishing departmental KPIs with a first principal mindset together!
- Build and maintain a scalable revenue technology foundation, including CRM, BI, CDP, lead enrichment, customer success tools, and other revenue facing tools to drive results.
- Defining new KPIs that level up how we track our company
- Setting up and automating revenue initiatives. Some examples include lead list enrichment, sales routing, renewal management automation, measuring the health of the customer base (NPS/CSAT), nurture campaigns from lead to customer, etc
- Creating and improving maintainable workflows and automations in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Owning the Hubspot general setup/maintenance to improve our CS + sales teammate’s jobs (Pipeline stages, custom team views, required fields, etc…)
- Experiment with AI in the rev ops stack! Let’s get wild!! :P
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of experience in Rev Ops, Sales Ops, Customer Ops, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
- Good understanding of HubSpot, including reporting, pipeline, data and workflow management
- Mastery of B2B SaaS KPIs across the customer lifecycle
- Familiarity with implementing + optimizing tools like Gong, HighTouch, Zoominfo, Intercom to drive revenue outcomes. Any new tool suggestions are more than welcome!
- Ability to build and maintain a robust reporting foundation, preferably in Hubspot, Google Sheets, and/or BI (Sigma/Tableau)
- High EQ with the ability to navigate conversations with multiple stakeholders
- Bonus points if you have experience in ERPs, Cannabis, or supply chain software
- You are flexible with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
