We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.
Position Highlights:
The Revenue Operations Manager will work to align the sales, marketing, and operations departments, ensuring smooth workflows, consistent data tracking, and optimized processes. This role is critical to driving sustainable revenue growth by improving operational efficiencies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy & Alignment:
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Align revenue goals across departments and create streamlined processes that ensure collaboration and efficiency.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and operations to track progress and performance.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across revenue-generating teams.
    • Create and document standardized processes for sales, marketing, and operations to ensure consistency and best practices.
    • Implement automation tools and technologies to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain a centralized data strategy, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and accessible data across teams.
    • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and develop recommendations for optimizing revenue generation.
    • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure proper data tracking and reporting.
    • Create dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into key metrics for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Facilitate strong communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve any process or data-related issues.
    • Provide ongoing training and support for teams on new tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Technology & Tools Management:
    • Manage and optimize the tech stack for sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and utilized.
    • Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
    • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Forecasting & Planning:
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop revenue forecasts and financial models that inform strategic decision-making.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of revenue strategies, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
    • Identify opportunities for scaling operations and revenue growth based on current and projected trends.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in data management and customer information.
    • Prepare reports for leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas of improvement in revenue operations.

We’re Looking for Someone with: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and optimizing processes in sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience with process automation tools and data integration software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in SaaS or a similar high-growth industry.
    • Familiarity with customer success and support operations.
    • Strong project management skills with a track record of implementing strategic initiatives.
  • This is a remote position.
  • Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 with a growth incentive plan.
