The Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d) to support our sales team with operational tasks, data analysis, and reporting. This junior-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in sales operations while gaining exposure to forecasting, CRM data management, and performance tracking. You will work closely with sales managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and clear visibility into sales performance.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Sales Data & Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline progression, and team activity metrics. 
  • Pipeline & Forecasting Support: Lead or contribute to cross-functional revenue operations projects to improve processes, tools, and data structures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize recurring sales processes through templates, automations, or documentation. 
  • Salesforce Support: Help maintain data integrity in Salesforce, assist users with best practices, and identify and initiate valuable improvements.
  • Territory & Hierarchy Updates: Support updates in sales territory assignments and hierarchy structures in Salesforce as needed. 


Key Requirements
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce (CRM logic, reporting, automation).
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to data handling and reporting.
  • Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) & English Language.
