Paystand is transforming commercial finance through an open payments network that eliminates fees and modernizes B2B transactions. As we scale, we are investing in Sales Operations infrastructure to power a high-performing, data-driven Go-To-Market engine.
We are hiring a Sales Ops Manager – GTM Systems to architect, optimize, and scale the systems that drive revenue growth.
This role blends strategy and technical execution. You will design the CRM and GTM systems architecture that enables visibility, automation, and repeatable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
What You’ll Do
- Own the architecture and optimization of our CRM and GTM systems stack
- Design scalable workflows, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and reporting frameworks
- Translate business strategy into system requirements and automation solutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as CPQ, compensation automation, and integrations
- Build and maintain data governance standards to ensure reporting accuracy and revenue visibility
- Drive automation that reduces manual effort and improves pipeline integrity
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering leaders to align systems with business goals
- Evaluate and implement new tools, AI capabilities, and process improvements
- Support enablement and change management to ensure strong system adoption
- 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or Business Systems in B2B
- Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) including automation, governance, and reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and data modeling
- Experience leading cross-functional systems projects end-to-end
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, Crossbeam, Zapier, or N8N
- Familiarity with scripting, APIs, or automation tools
- Experience driving change management in scaling organizations
