StubHub is the industry-leading entertainment marketplace dedicated to helping people attend their favorite live events. We are on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale.

StubHub's Strategy & Analytics team is looking for an associate with revenue operations, CRM management, automation, and data visualization experience to help scale our Open Distribution Partnerships initiative – a high-visibility growth driver for the company. The Partnerships group works with live events organizers – including sports teams & leagues, concert promoters, festivals, and other rights holders – to advance their ticketing strategy and improve fan access by leveraging StubHub as a distribution channel. Within the Partnerships group, our Strategy & Analytics team owns all data analysis, financial forecasting, deal valuation, performance measurement, and strategic advisory work throughout the partnerships lifecycle.

This role will focus on driving informed and scalable pre- and post-deal processes. Working cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Finance, and Product, the associate will define, implement, maintain, and refine the internal procedures that enable clear and effective communication across the Open Distribution organization.

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, with ability to independently produce actionable insights and output compelling data visualizations
  • Track record of streamlining business operations via automation (e.g., dynamic reporting, outbound messaging, etc.)
