We’re looking for a collaborative and data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support the Digital Americas team. This role is essential to driving forecasting accuracy, operational excellence, and sales effectiveness across our go-to-market (GTM) teams.

Forecasting & Analytics

  • Lead forecasting processes in partnership with GTM leadership, leveraging data to drive accuracy and business growth.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI); complete monthly/quarterly close activities.

Incentive Compensation & Quota Performance

  • Manage commission reporting and auditing in collaboration with Finance.
  • Support quota tracking and compensation plan administration.

Pipeline & CRM Excellence

  • Ensure data integrity and KPI tracking across the pipeline and CRM systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to improve processes and align operational goals.
  • Champion data hygiene and CRM best practices.

Sales Operations Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for GTM teams on RevOps tools and practices.
  • Support presentations and reporting for leadership meetings (All Hands, QBRs, etc.).
  • Contribute to key projects that improve scalability and efficiency.

Your profile

  • 5+ years in Revenue/Sales/Business Operations, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives, solve problems, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively on complex goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

This position has a target base salary of:

$75,000.00

and annual commission target of:
