Job DescriptionJoin our Revenue Intelligence team as a Marketing Operations Analyst, where you'll transform marketing data into actionable insights that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact. You'll be the analytical partner to our marketing team, building reporting infrastructure, measuring campaign effectiveness, and ensuring data quality across our marketing tech stack. This is a remote opportunity and you will report into the Sr. Director, Revenue Intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain marketing analytics infrastructure that enables data-driven decision making across demand generation, content, and growth initiatives. You'll own the reporting layer that connects marketing activities to revenue outcomes, working directly in tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and analytics tools to surface insights where marketers work.
- Create actionable dashboards and reports that answer critical questions: Which campaigns drive qualified pipeline? How do different channels perform across the funnel? Where should we invest next quarter? You'll translate complex data into clear stories that influence marketing strategy and budget allocation.
- Partner with marketing leaders to understand their goals and translate them into measurable frameworks. You'll establish KPIs, build tracking mechanisms, and create regular reporting rhythms that keep teams focused on what matters. When campaigns launch, you'll measure performance and provide rapid insights that enable in-flight optimization.
- Ensure marketing data quality and governance across systems. You'll audit data flows between Pardot and Salesforce, identify gaps in tracking, and work with our GTM Systems Analyst and engineering partners to improve data capture and integration between platforms.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses that uncover opportunities and solve problems. Whether it's cohort analysis on lead conversion, attribution modeling, or competitive intelligence, you'll dig into data to answer strategic questions and support critical business decisions.
- Strong analytical foundation with 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, or business intelligence. You're comfortable working with data at scale and can translate business questions into analytical approaches.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot reporting capabilities. You understand how to leverage Pardot engagement data, campaign tracking, and lead scoring, and can connect marketing automation insights to Salesforce opportunity data to measure true marketing impact.
- SQL skills and comfort with data analysis tools. You can write queries to pull data, understand joins and aggregations, and work in Excel/Sheets or BI tools to analyze and visualize findings.
- Marketing acumen and curiosity about how marketing drives growth. You understand funnel dynamics, lead lifecycle, attribution concepts, and common marketing metrics. You don't need to be a marketer, but you should be genuinely interested in how marketing works.
- Communication skills that make data accessible. You can present findings to non-technical audiences, create clear visualizations, and write concise summaries that drive action. You're comfortable saying "here's what the data shows and here's what I recommend."
- Self-direction and problem-solving orientation. You can work with ambiguity, prioritize among competing requests, and drive projects forward without constant guidance.
Bonus Points
- Pardot certification or deep expertise with Pardot reporting and engagement studio
- Experience with attribution modeling or marketing mix analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Python or R for statistical analysis
- Understanding of ABM or account-based marketing workflows in Pardot
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
