As we continue to experience rapid growth and expand the platformization of e-commerce, we are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst Intern for a 6 month internship starting in January 2025. This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating activities. You will be at the forefront of analyzing performance, streamlining business processes, and launching new initiatives that contribute to our ambitious growth.

Your Role:

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will:

  • Develop and Manage Performance Reports: Create, maintain, and manage various reports to monitor and steer the performance of the Sales team. Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize Business Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the optimization of business operations. Participate in the design and implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support New Product Development: Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to support the development of new offerings.
  • Engage in Cross-functional Projects: Work alongside teams such as Customer Success and Product Development in cross-functional projects aimed at business process optimization and enhancing platform capabilities.

Your Profile:

  • Currently pursuing higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and a knack for data analysis.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Team player, comfortable working in an international setting.
  • Passionate about e-commerce and eager to contribute to the industry's growth.
  • Available for a 6-month internship starting January 2025
