Title: Revenue Operation ManagerAbout this Job

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the strategy, tools, and processes behind our Sales team. You’ll lead key initiatives, streamline Sales processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment to support scalable growth.

This is a brand new role, offering the opportunity to lay the foundation for Revenue Operations at our company. You’ll have a direct impact on shaping processes, influencing GTM strategy, and helping scale the business.

We’re looking for someone who is process-driven, proactive, and excited to build from the ground up. This role will report directly to our Co-CEO.

Objectives of the Role
  • Ensure Sales teams operate efficiently through clear, scalable processes
  • Maintain clean, actionable data in our CRM to support decision-making
  • Help teams hit their goals by removing roadblocks and improving workflows
  • Lead strategic initiatives that drive performance and alignment across departments

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Create, improve, and standardize workflows and processes
  • Execute on key projects / strategies to improve sales performance
  • Train teams on tools and CRM best practices
  • Build and maintain dashboards to ensure CRM accuracy and support data-driven decision-making
  • Assist with forecasting, capacity modeling, tool management, and tracking key performance metrics
  • Collaboration across departments to maintain alignment

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in sales enablement, RevOps, or sales operations
    • Additional sales experience is a plus
  • Skilled in building and optimizing sales processes, CRM workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with a bias for action and a self-starter mindset.

  • 15 days but highly flexible
  • All major holidays
    • Half day on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving
      • Thursday & following Friday fully off 
    • 12/24 - 1/2 Company break (Subject to be longer, but at minimum, all employees can expect this time off)

  • Health - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost
  • Dental - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost 
  • Vision - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost
  • Basic Term Life & AD&D insurance policy- We cover 100%

401(K)

  • Employer match 20% of total contribution on up to 5% of salary 

Additional 

  • Work from home on Fridays
  • 20 work from home days per year (in addition to WFH Fridays) 
  • Wednesday catered lunches
