We are seeking a Revenue Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid opportunity based out of the Uxbridge, UK office.
Job Summary
This role will have a direct impact on company revenue. Working closely with the regional sales team, you will architect, execute and manage regional marketing programs that support Imprivata sales teams in France and Southern Europe. This will include evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels and tactics, making sure they align with marketing and business goals.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, an ability to understand and analyse trends, and a deep understanding of the wide variety of marketing channels and tactics. This could include email marketing, webinars, virtual and in-person event planning, telemarketing, ABM programs, online advertising and syndication, social media and more.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build strategic marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives (leads, MQLs, SQLs) across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and channel teams as well as channel and technology partners and third parties to successfully architect and execute approved marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets.
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics.
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Budget management - establish, own and ensure regional marketing spend is kept up to date and within the approved budget.
  • Work with Marketing Operations team to build and report on marketing campaigns in Marketo, Salesforce.com and other tools.
  • Develop, support and evaluate co-marketing plans and activities with select partners.
  • Organise and manage regional end user and partner events. Track and report on the effectiveness of each.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.


Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years' experience working in Field Marketing / similar marketing function in B2B technology (within Healthcare is a PLUS).
  • Experience working in France or French markets essential.
  • French native speaker or fluent in French, fluent in English, other languages a definite bonus.
  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing, including the buyer's journey, campaign creation and execution, lifecycle stage optimisation tactics and sales acceleration.
  • Experience working with multiple regions across international markets. Appreciation of regional differences and a sensitivity to the diverse cultures that exist.
  • Experience managing channel marketing programs
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
  • Competence as a creative thinker with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Proficient with marketing applications, e.g., marketing database, campaign management, email execution tools. (Marketo, SFDC, Uncommon Logic, On24, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage program budgets
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to travel regularly to France, once per month and to other areas of Europe as necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
