YOUR ROLE AS REVENUE MANAGER

Are you passionate about maximizing revenue performance and optimizing distribution strategies? We are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee various properties in our German region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a measurable impact on business results.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver accurate reporting and maintain revenue management systems.

  • Implement pricing and segmentation strategies to drive profitability.

  • Partner with hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue management tasks.

  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize room revenue and profitability. 

  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and performance data to inform pricing decisions. 

  • Prepare and manage hotel budgets and monthly forecasts. 

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks. 

  • Oversee daily review and implementation of rate and inventory controls. 

  • Provide detailed reports on revenue performance, booking pace, and market conditions. 

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute effective pricing and distribution strategies. 

  • Ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing across all distribution channels. 

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and intermediaries to enhance revenue opportunities. 

  • Participate in departmental meetings, team briefings, and project work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management (multi-property experience is a plus). 

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; additional education in revenue management preferred. 

  • Fluent in English, German is a pre. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and practices. 

  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple properties. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
