Supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end and year-end close, financial recordkeeping, profitability analysis, accounts receivable and payable, audits, and internal controls. The role collaborates with hotel departments and the central Finance team to ensure accurate, timely financial information and compliance.

The HR Business Partner aligns people strategies with business goals, supports managers and employees, leads engagement and learning initiatives, manages onboarding and HR administration in HiBob, ensures Spanish labor-law compliance, supports employee wellbeing, handles HR inquiries, and partners with department heads on recruitment.

As a Marketing Intern, you'll support marketing campaigns, conduct market research, develop marketing plans, and contribute to strategic projects.

Support hotel and central finance operations by preparing and analysing financial statements, maintaining P&L and balance sheets, preparing budgets and forecasts, assisting audits, managing VAT declarations and reconciliations, and collaborating with hotel GMs on capex and investment plans.
