Job Summary
The revenue management coordinator will be responsible for pricing execution support activities for any brand within the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role serves as key support between internal Revenue Management team, franchisees, and third-party execution partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of pricing strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining pricing files, validating execution results, auditing competitive pricing data, monitoring data quality, supporting project coordination activities, and documenting outcomes throughout the pricing execution lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update pricing execution files, documentation, and reporting tools to support pricing initiatives across multiple brands.
- Record and maintain pricing execution results, status updates, and supporting documentation.
- Perform routine data entry, validation, and reporting activities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Audit and validate pricing scrape data across multiple digital and third-party ordering platforms.
- Review product mappings, location mappings, and pricing configurations to identify discrepancies and data quality issues.
- Investigate exceptions and outliers and escalate findings to the Revenue Management team for resolution.
- Support ongoing monitoring efforts to improve the accuracy and reliability of pricing-related data sources.
- Organizing and scheduling franchise and vendor consultations during pricing execution time frames
- Coordinates with internal revenue management team to provide internal updates during the pricing execution time frames
Requirements
- Advaced English. This role will be reporting to US.
- 1-3 years of experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, or business documentation preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Inquisitive nature, constantly looking for innovative solutions to challenging questions
- Ability to understand business drivers and utilize data to drive desired business results
- Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
- Development and sharing of presentations for peers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
