Do you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of billing processes, and a passion for continuous improvement? If you’re looking to influence revenue management in a dynamic, global environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Billing and Collection Management: Oversee and optimize the central and local monthly billing processes for various services, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment processing, and revenue sharing with providers
- Business Support and Reporting: Analyze current processes to identify gaps in efficiency and accuracy, particularly during pilot phases or new model implementations, while providing insights and visibility to management
- Contract Fulfillment: Validate the correct application of contractual conditions in financial documents received from providers and ensure smooth contract management on the subscriber side
- Stakeholder Communication: Respond to provider and customer queries regarding invoicing and billing issues, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any discrepancies
- Revenue Reporting and KPI Monitoring: Produce and monitor billing reports to provide revenue visibility to key stakeholders, tracking key performance indicators and identifying invoicing deviations for resolution
What we're seeking:
- Experience in billing and revenue management processes, preferably within the travel or technology industries
- Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and improve billing procedures and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently with a moderate level of guidance, contributing to decision-making and process improvements
- Fluency in English, with French being a desirable but not essential skill
- Knowledge of Amadeus business and its systems is a plus.
