YOUR ROLE
You will join a team of 5 people in charge of the Sales Operations of an international Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Within this team you will help by focusing on improving and driving our Revenue Management processes. You might also contribute to the evolutions of our tooling eco-system (Salesforce first, but opportunity for more ambitious data related developments).
This is a great opportunity to follow projects from scratch to delivery, and training in a fast-growing international company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Management - 80%
- Define reliable process to ensure revenue is properly collected, from recurring licence fees, to overages, to share-value deals
- Implement these processes operationally, with very high level standard of reliability
- Connect with key stakeholders (especially Customer Satisfaction Managers and Finance/Accounting teams) to ensure the Revenue is collected appropriately
- Salesforce administration - 20%
- Participate then lead analysis workshops with the business users to define processes and list the business requirements
- Implement new Salesforce features
- Support business teams on a day to day basis
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of a first successful experience in Revenue Management Analysis
- Sound analytical and logical mind
- Clear understanding of the concept of a Data model
- Ability to work not only on tooling, but also to interact operationally with peers from other teams (Customer Satisfaction Managers, Finance, Accounting…)
- High interpersonal skills; you want to work close to our users, understand their roles and challenges.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a real plus (Integration, configuration, deployment)
- Fluent in business English
