Main Objectives of Job
The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize pricing, promotion, mix, and trade investment to drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate market and consumer insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company's Revenue Growth Management strategy across the four core pillars: Pricing, Promotion, Mix, and Trade Terms/Investment
- Conduct pricing & value chain analysis to identify growth opportunities and avoid conflicts across channels and consumer segments
- Design and evaluate promotional strategies, ensuring optimal ROI on trade spend
- Analyze portfolio and channel mix to identify opportunities for premiumization and margin improvement
- Partner with Sales teams to optimize trade terms and commercial agreements (including payment terms) with key customers/distributors
- Build and maintain pricing corridors, elasticity models, and price-gap analysis
- Track and report on RGM KPIs (gross-to-net, price/mix contribution to growth, promo effectiveness)
- Collaborate with FP&A to align RGM initiatives with P&L targets and budget planning
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on commercial strategy and investment prioritization
- Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Finance within Korea & APAC/HQ, to ensure alignment and execution of RGM initiatives (including various tools like VISTA & RevUP).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, FP&A
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analytics, elasticity modeling, and promotional ROI analysis
- Proficiency in Excel/data analysis tools; experience with BI tool is a plus
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Fluent in English
