We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager, Leadership Enablement & Account Planning to join Procore’s GTM Enablement team. In this role, you’ll strategize and personally facilitate the executive coaching program that equips our global revenue leaders to coach the way we sell, and you'll own the design and governance of our global Account Planning program. Your primary goal is to empower revenue leaders as ultimate force multipliers, driving true activation and establishing account planning standards across our enterprise and strategic efforts.

As a Revenue Enablement Manager, Leadership Enablement & Account Planning, you’ll partner with revenue leadership, Enablement Business Partners, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to take our sales methodology deeper into how leaders coach and set global account planning standards. This position reports into our Sr. Manager of Strategic Sales Activation and will be based out of our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, build, and personally facilitate an executive coaching program and leader playbooks for global VPs, Directors, and frontline revenue managers.

  • Define and reinforce a consistent manager operating rhythm across forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and deal strategy sessions in partnership with Revenue Operations.

  • Own the operationalization, template strategy, measurement, and ongoing governance of our global Account Planning program.

  • Build and nurture a global peer leadership community for revenue leaders to share best practices across regions and segments.

  • Design leadership tracks and deliver agenda, speaker preparation, and post-event reinforcement for key revenue events.

  • Establish program KPI frameworks using conversational intelligence and coaching metrics to track behavior change and deal impact.

  • Drive technology adoption inside Salesforce and Gong to scale methodology reinforcement and AI coaching tools across all regions.

  • Maintain a live field feedback loop to continuously update playbooks and workshop materials based on active deal dynamics.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, leadership development, or GTM strategy within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

  • Direct experience carrying a quota or leading a sales team, with a deep understanding of pipeline management and sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated track record of directly facilitating workshops and holding the room with senior revenue leaders (VPs and Directors).

  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and navigate difficult conversations without direct authority.

  • Hands-on experience scaling established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICCC) and global account planning frameworks across international time zones.

  • Proficiency with revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong, conversational intelligence tools) and building reports that measure behavior adoption over attendance.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

144,000.00 - 198,000.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
