Join our team as a Revenue Enablement Lead - Go-To-Market (GTM). This highly visible, individual contributor role is essential in enhancing the knowledge and confidence of our Sales and Client Success teams. We are seeking a “jack-of-all-trades” who is passionate about driving revenue growth through enablement, with a proven track record in Enablement and/or on other GTM teams. Bonus points for experience in Fintech, BNPL, or eCommerce.


What you'll do:

  • Serve as the Enablement subject matter expert (SME) for GTM initiatives, including new product launches, partnerships, pricing, competitive landscape, compensation plans, and industry news/changes.

  • Own the entire lifecycle of designing, developing, and executing impactful training and communication for Sales and Client Success teams.

  • Generate internal-facing content, including field-facing decks, FAQs, talking points, process documentation, and battlecards.

  • Distill complex information from SMEs into digestible content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage field training calendars to ensure timely and relevant sessions.

  • Act as a point of contact for Revenue teams, providing ongoing support and contributing to ad-hoc resource development.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Revenue teams.

  • Play a key role in planning our annual Field Kick Off in collaboration with the Enablement team.

  • Leverage our tech stack (Mediafly, Einstein Conversation Intelligence, SFDC, Axios HQ, Articulate Rise, and more) for training, comms, content management, and revenue intelligence. 


What we look for:

  • GTM expertise in Enablement, Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and/or Program Management. 

    • At least 1 year of experience with public speaking, facilitation, or large meeting management.

    • Bonus points for experience in eCommerce, Fintech, or BNPL.

  • Demonstrated ability to acquire, apply, and disperse knowledge across diverse topics, with agility, independence, a can-do attitude, and broad intellectual curiosity.

  • Analytical mindset for tracking, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of Enablement initiatives.

  • Ability to build and implement training, certification programs, and internal documentation for GTM roll-outs.

  • Collaborative spirit, adept at building strong relationships across the organization.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences.


Pay Grade - CAN28
Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.
CAN base pay range per year:
Min: $91,800
Mid: $112,500
Max: $133,100
