Your Role
We’re hiring an Enablement Associate to be our lead content administrator supporting the increasing demand for enablement efforts. You’d join our growing Revenue Enablement team, supporting and partnering with our Sales, Support, Marketing and Product teams.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage content. You’ll ensure the content available for Sales and Support is always up-to-date, relevant and easily accessible. You’ll maintain the content repositories, which are currently Highspot and Guru.
- Be supportive. You’ll keep an eye on all end-user questions related to our enablement tech stack, and help drive best practices within each platform.
- Strategize and collaborate. You’ll assist in the creation and execution of a consistent content management strategy, including building and maintaining a content review calendar.
- Drive change. You’ll help execute new initiatives, especially those tied to the enablement tech stack.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Must-Haves
- Process-oriented. You follow (and sometimes help create) standardized, repeatable processes to get tasks over the finish line.
- Consultative. You confidently and professionally assist those who come to you with platform questions.
- Strong communication skills. You collaborate efficiently with various personalities across every department.
- Proactive. You constantly have a pulse on the platforms you support and ensure our stakeholders are properly equipped to take advantage of the latest features.
- Team player. You jump in to help wherever and whenever you’re needed.
- Accountability. You take pride in your work, consistently meeting or exceeding goals and owning your contributions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Analytical. You have a deep understanding of the content performance within the platforms you support. You use this knowledge to help stakeholders optimize.
- Confident. You’re comfortable engaging with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
- Passionate. You’re eager to learn and make a career in the enablement field.
Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
- Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
- Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
