The Role

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for a Revenue Cycle Director to join our Revenue Cycle Team. The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization.  
Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Cycle Services will serve as a senior-level consulting leader and be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of revenue cycle operations for an acute care hospital client in Indiana. This role will operate as an embedded consultant, working directly with client leadership and staff while representing Ni2 Health's standards, methodologies, and performance expectations.
The Director will have primary responsibility for back-end revenue cycle functions, including billing, accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, and cash posting, with a strong focus on financial performance, compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable process improvement.
Location: Hybrid - 50% on-site at client in Indiana and 50% remote

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 
Applicants must submit a full CV, cover letter and updated resume to be considered. 
Position is hybrid
Minimum Job Requirements 

  • College degree
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle leadership
  • Experience with Epic
  • Willing to travel to client site in Indiana
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
