Join us as a Revenue Administration Assistant - Managed Trading Services (MTS)
As a Revenue Administration Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our MTS team, reporting to the Settlement & Control Manager. This role is a good fit for someone starting their career or already has some experience in the world of finance, revenue, customer support or supporting roles. We are looking for someone who's eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the world of sports data and technology. Your ability to adapt quickly will be invaluable as you navigate the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of our industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the management of the customer invoicing settlements process. In this role, you'll ensure smooth revenue transactions and serve as a central point of contact, maintaining efficient communication on settlement-related matters. You'll be key player in bridging the gap between our external customers and internal sales team, helping to create a seamless experience for all parties involved.
THE CHALLENGE
- Learn the ins and outs of revenue operations in a sports technology company.
- Ensure that the provision of our MTS services is settled in accordance with customer needs and contract requirements.
- Learn and apply both manual and automated invoice calculation methods, supporting the team in maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and engage with customers, offering support and helping to address queries.
- Assist with customer invoicing processes and learn the nuances of settlement activities.
- Responsible for administration of relevant documents.
- Working with the Settlements and Controls manager to ensure the correct application of Sox / audit compliance and controls.
- Working with the team to provide an accurate forecast for monthly accrual data and performance reporting for the MTS Management and Finance Dept.
- Supporting internal and external reporting and analysis on a periodical and ad hoc basis.
- Supporting the Settlements team with routine operations, ad hoc tasks and projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- Recent graduate or early in your career with a passion for numbers and problem-solving.
- Ability to express ideas clearly and listen actively, with a genuine interest in building positive relationships with team members and clients.
- Strong logical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and embrace change.
- Creative thinking, keen to further refine systems and processes.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate with new teams and adapt readily to new environments.
- Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as well as product environments and able to work to tight deadline.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language will be considered as a plus.
