Playtech‘s GamesLink unit is looking for a passionate Commercial Manager with great communication skills.

The Commercial Manager core responsibilities are to maximize the financial performance of all Playtech GamesLink licensees within agreed territory or territories. This is achieved through both strategic planning, effective customer account management, and implementation alongside ongoing tactical executions as well as providing commercial support to the team of Account Managers.

This position is responsible for increasing and managing the revenue from a portfolio of key account licensees on a day-to-day basis and supporting the overall business plans and this position will also be responsible for pursuing new sales opportunities and delivering new commercial contracts where necessary in the designated territories.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Drive customer strategy and act as the main contact for commercial matters with licensee stakeholders and internal executives
  • Ensure effective communication and escalation to support day-to-day licensee management
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with licensees
  • Retain and grow existing licensees by upselling products and expanding into new markets
  • Manage licensee contracts, obligations, and negotiations, supporting the Commercial Director of Operations
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase licensee revenues in alignment with company goals
  • Support the achievement of revenue targets through performance reviews, billing accuracy, and reforecasting
  • Analyze revenue levers and implement actions to optimize financial outcomes
  • Maintain expertise in the product range, technology roadmaps, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and risks
  • Communicate product updates and insights with senior licensee stakeholders
  • Monitor operational KPIs and address significant reliability issues with licensees
  • Ensure effective licensee communication during and after critical operational events
  • Leverage deep territory knowledge, including commercial opportunities, regulatory compliance, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Have proven commercial or procurement management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills at both strategic and operational levels
  • Bring experience in the online casino or live casino gaming industry, with a strong reputation for delivering results
  • Possess knowledge of online casino and live casino suppliers’ products and services
  • Have a track record in sales or commercial roles, capable of operating effectively from day-to-day tasks to strategic planning
  • Excel in communication and customer liaison, fostering strong relationships
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess strong analytical skills
  • Take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Are reliable, positive, and professional, with a can-do attitude
  • Thrive in fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environments
  • Understand and relate to problems, identifying practical solutions
  • Perform well under pressure, taking full responsibility to meet deadlines
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse disciplines to achieve shared goals
