Job Description
Position Summary
The Revenue Analyst role with Brookfield Properties Multifamily supports the development and execution of new lease and renewal rent pricing strategies across an assigned portfolio to help optimize revenue performance. This role leverages Lease Rent Options (LRO) and other revenue management tools to conduct daily pricing analysis, generate insights, and support data-informed decisions.
The Analyst collaborates with portfolio teams and operational leadership to ensure pricing recommendations align with market conditions and organizational goals. The role contributes to the preparation of reports on revenue performance, pricing effectiveness, and portfolio trends, and supports the implementation of Business Intelligence and Performance Analytics tools to enhance decision-making and operational outcomes.
The Analyst plays a critical role in executing pricing strategies, maintaining data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support broader revenue management objectives.
Essential Job Functions
Job Function #1: (45%)
• Execute revenue pricing strategies for an assigned portfolio by preparing new lease and renewal pricing recommendations using market data, property performance metrics, and industry best practices.
• Monitor portfolio performance and update pricing workbooks and analytical models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Configure and maintain pricing system parameters for assigned properties to ensure alignment with asset strategies and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to support weekly pricing reviews, providing analysis and insights to inform portfolio-level recommendations.
Job Function #2: (30%)
• Conduct competitive set reviews and amenity analyses for an assigned portfolio to support pricing and revenue recommendations.
• Assist site teams with understanding revenue management principles by providing guidance and insights on best practices and tools.
• Support the onboarding of new assets and site teams by ensuring accurate setup of revenue management systems and adherence to portfolio standards.
• Travel to assigned properties as needed to gather data, support analysis, and collaborate with site teams.
Job Function #3: (15%)
• Build collaborative relationships across the organization to support portfolio performance and ensure alignment with revenue management practices.
• Assist with forecasting revenue targets and evaluating portfolio performance by providing analysis and reporting to support asset-level decision-making.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, and Property Management teams to provide data and insights that inform marketing spend, demand generation, and system alignment with revenue management standards.
Job Function #4: (10%)
• Monitor market regulations, competitive trends, and industry best practices to support data-driven pricing and revenue decisions for an assigned portfolio.
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and prepare clear, actionable reports to inform stakeholders and support revenue optimization.
Education
- Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting/Finance or related discipline preferred
- Advanced (Master) Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting/Finance or related discipline preferred
- 5-7 Years of relative work experience could offset the preferred educational requirements
Work Experience
- 3-4 Years: Experience in an accounting, financial analysis, or similar analytical role, with a track record of analyzing complex data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to support revenue and business strategy required
- 1-2 Years: Experience supporting or executing revenue management initiatives, including rent pricing strategies, portfolio-level analysis, and performance optimization for new leases and renewals preferred.
- 1-2 Years: Hands-on experience as a property manager or in a role with increasing responsibility within property management, with exposure to daily operations, lease administration, renewals, and the impact of operational decisions on revenue required
- 1-2 Years: Exposure to Yardi, REBA, Lease Rent Options, or other multifamily revenue management or property management software to analyze, manage, and optimize pricing and portfolio performance preferred

Travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation
Commensurate with Experience
$76,200 - 106,680 annually
