Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a contract Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic corporate finance team. In this role, you will perform all aspects of the monthly billing cycle. You will work as a proactive problem solver with a focus on execution, accountability and ownership. The role requires the ability to multi-task and complete many responsibilities simultaneously.

This is a temporary, contract position expected to last approximately 12 months. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, prepare and analyze data from multiple systems, to process revenue entries, journal entries, and other financial transactions and invoices
- Follow established procedures to minimize the organization and clients’ exposure or liabilities
- Ensure the compliance in meeting Sarbanes-Oxley controls and requirements, regulations from the SEC, and client contracts
- Recognize and troubleshoot issues with daily procedures
- Assist in the preparation of general ledger entries and calculations of month end accrual, amortization and revenue deferrals
- Research issues with internal partners and respond to customer, client and/or internal client requests via telephone and or email
- Obtain relevant business knowledge and learn about the various products across the organization
- Responsible for learning understanding and ensuring the compliance with all applicable Broadridge policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field
- 1-2 years of experience
- Strong Data Analytics Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access not required but a plus
Pay range is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, and education.
