About the Role:
The Revenue & AI Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the flawless operation and optimization of our automated sales systems. This role demands a highly detail-oriented, process-driven professional who monitors AI-driven communication scripts, maintains CRM data integrity, and oversees the performance of sales macros. Acting as the guardian of the revenue engine, the Analyst identifies and resolves technical glitches, ensures every automated touchpoint feels human, and continuously refines processes to support predictable, high-velocity sales execution.
What You Will Do:
- Own the end-to-end architecture, maintenance, and optimization of all sales macros, automated workflows, and canned responses to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
- Audit CRM sequences, Zapier workflows, and automation triggers to guarantee flawless execution and correct data mapping.
- Streamline and redesign friction points in the automated customer journey for maximum efficiency and user experience.
- Oversee AI-driven communications, including prompt tuning, brand voice enforcement, and mitigation of logical or factual errors (“hallucinations”).
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of AI messaging to identify high-impact engagement and conversion strategies.
- Lead rigorous QA and root-cause analysis for both human and AI-driven sales processes, providing actionable feedback to the Sales team.
- Maintain master SOPs, response templates, and internal knowledge bases to ensure real-time accuracy of AI training data and operational reference materials.
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years in QA, Sales Ops, or revenue operations within fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Expert in sales automation and macros, including Zapier, Make, and HubSpot Workflows.
- Proficient in AI tools and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) with strong prompt engineering skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail; able to detect errors in complex, multi-step automated workflows.
- Proven ability to enforce operational discipline and maintain system integrity across human and automated processes.
