This Accounts Receivable Associate (internally called Revenue Accountant) position is a Hybrid working arrangement our of our Vancouver office.
Who You Are
As an Accounts Receivable Associate (internally called Revenue Accountant), you are responsible for recording tenant receivable activity to the appropriate accounting system of record. Using office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conducting specialized research projects and responding to inquiries.
In This Role You Will:

You take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with.

You ensure that tenant billings and payments for assigned properties are processed timely and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures.

You communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

You coordinate cash management activities.
What You’ll Bring:
-
Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
-
Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience.

Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.

Experience with Excel, Word and other accounting software (YARDI preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with high volume accounts receivable departments.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $48,112.00 to $57,000.00
Area/Location Specific: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
