About the Role

As our RTW Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Return to Work team to ensure WorkCover and payroll-related processes are managed accurately and efficiently. This is a fast-paced administrative role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, insurers, and finance teams to help maintain compliance and support positive outcomes for injured workers.

In this role, you will:

  • Triage and manage worker injury notifications through the Elumina system
  • Support WorkCover remittance reconciliation and reimbursement processing
  • Monitor and follow up on medical certificates and documentation to meet payroll deadlines
  • Maintain accurate claim records, inbox management, and system updates
  • Provide administrative support to the RTW team and broader Governance, Safety & Quality function

How Success Will Be Measured

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Elumina system with minimal errors
  • Ensure timely follow-up and processing of WorkCover certificates, medical documentation, and payroll-related requirements
  • Support the reconciliation of WorkCover remittances and reimbursements within agreed timeframes
  • Effectively manage the RTW and WorkCover inboxes, ensuring correspondence is actioned promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to the achievement of weekly payroll deadlines through accurate administration and data entry
  • Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers, and finance teams
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or administrative issues
  • Support compliance with HCA policies, procedures, and legislative requirements relating to WorkCover and Return to Work processes

You are a highly organised administrator who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, are confident working across multiple systems, and can quickly learn new technologies and processes.

Experience in administration and working with IT platforms is highly regarded, while previous exposure to WorkCover, payroll, or return-to-work environments will be advantageous but is not essential.

Most importantly, you bring a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to support a collaborative team.
