Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts: resets, restoration, suspension, merging, and location updates.
• Report on training metrics: completion rates and post-training survey results.
• Track onboarding assessments, performance outliers, and feedback collection.
• Define instructional designer metrics: project completion, workload, delivery time, and user satisfaction.
• Assess training formats: communication, eLearning, and instructor-led sessions.
• Align training initiatives with business needs, providing insights to optimize programs.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

• Mastery of advanced data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Tableau, AWS, Google Sheets, and Excel. Desired: Python programming and automation expertise
• Proven track record of leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive high-impact projects and strategic initiatives
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, effectively communicating insights to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated success as a self-driven professional, with a talent for autonomous problem-solving and root cause analysis in ambiguous situations
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, showcasing: Businesses need anticipation, agility in adapting to changing priorities, a high level of intellectual curiosity and continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and actionable results
• Strong project management skills with a history of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
