You provide applications expertise, and be responsible for implementation of the sales execution and eB2B commerce solutions.
How you will contribute
You will oversee the planning and execution of retail execution and eB2B commerce solutions. To do so, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and use your deep FMCG process, technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall capabilities and roadmap for Sales Execution (e.g. SFA, dynamic route planning, shelf image recognition, operational sales analytics) solutions
  • Proactively lead standardization and reuse of core technology capabilities across the region to ensure harmonization and true reusability
  • Strong combination of retail execution process and technology expertise; has delivered transformational initiatives in large, complex organizations
  • Develop and maintaining digital Sales Execution & eB2B capability map and roadmap for the region
  • Lead and oversee delivery of strategic Sales Execution & eB2B initiatives across MEU BU's and markets
  • Work with I&A and D&A teams to pilot innovations such as OSA, suggested order/actions, etc.
  • Review and analyze implementations for further improvements, working closely with MEU RGM CoE and market RGM teams
  • Actively drive outside-in inspiration sessions and ensure new innovative features are piloted for business value realization


Skills and Background:

  • Extensive, proven experience in fast-moving consumer goods preferred
  • Strong technical leadership skills in delivering Retail Execution and/or eB2B technology solutions at scale e.g. Salesforce, StayInFront, MC1, SAP Hybris, Trax, etc.
  • Experienced in commercial technology Solution delivery including prioritization and timeline estimations
  • Experienced in transformation within large, complex and multi-national organizations
  • The ability to work with business leadership team and multifunctional team with excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation

What you need to know about this position:
The Retail Execution & eB2B Technology Manager Europe sits in the MEU Digital Experience (DX) department and plays a pivotal role in the region's digital transformation by overseeing and optimizing the use of Retail Execution & eB2B commerce technology in the region to drive more revenue growth, customer satisfaction and efficiencies. The Retail Execution & eB2B Technology Manager Europe role is a strategic role that is responsible for transforming the sales technology landscape in the region, across the various BU's (Western Europe, Northern Europe, Central Europe, Eastern Europe). These include Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Shelf Image Recognition, Sales Analytics, eB2B and overall digital accelerator solutions that are needed. This role will also be working in strong collaboration with MDS BU, MDS global and business local, region and global teams.
The leader in this role will need to have a combination of technology expertise, product management practices experience and strong sales functional and process knowledge.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
