Retail Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based at our Bentonville, AR laboratory for Retail and Consumer Products, the Retail Analyst supports Retail Pullers in helping clients maintain product compliance after items reach store shelves.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize multiple systems to run queries and generate and analyze relevant data.
• Understand and apply all relevant testing rules to determine if merchandise testable .
• Audit and identify necessary database changes and departmental items to determine testing.
• Analyze testing history to determine if merchandise is ready for testing.
• Coordinate with out-of-state pullers across U.S. to pull samples for testing program.
• Partner with ULS client liaisons for special requests and determine procurement plans.
• Provide customer service assistance via phone/email.
• Review accuracy of reports and determine revisions if necessary.
• Coordinate between ULS labs on additional sample processes and special programs.
• Cover sample pulling or sample handling on as needed basis.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of high school diploma and one year related experience required.
• Previous experience with Retail Link and Sales Force preferred.
• Previous merchandising experience across multiple product categories is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications with a strong emphasis in Excel.
