Restaurant Manager

What will I be doing ?

• Drive Commercial Performance in connection with the F&D manager

• Lead the restaurant’s business strategy, ensuring strong financial performance and guest satisfaction in connection with the F&D Manager

• Collaborate with the Commercial & Marketing team to boost visibility through marketing and social media.

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, optimizing revenue and controlling costs.

• Manage reservations efficiently to maximize covers and revenue.

• Deliver Outstanding Food & Drinks

• Work closely with the Head Chef restaurant to create compelling menus and promotions.

• Champion Hilton’s sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and waste reduction.

• Maintain high food and service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• Create Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Lead the team to deliver warm, personalized, and knowledgeable service.

• Build strong customer relationships, recognizing repeat guests and special occasions.

• Manage online reputation, responding to guest feedback and driving positive reviews.

• Ensure dietary requirements and allergies are handled with the utmost care.

• Foster a Great Working Environment

Who are we looking for?

We seek an inspirational leader with a passion for food and beverage and at least two years’ experience in a similar role. International experience in both hotel and Hight volumes trendy restaurant is a plus.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching and team development.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging guests, team members, and key stakeholders.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the resilience to thrive under pressure.

• A solid grasp of digital marketing and F&D systems, with proficiency in XN POS.

• Swiss and UE Passeport.
