Your opportunity

As a Response Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Home Care clients and teams across NSW. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services by providing timely, empathetic, and solutions-focused responses to all enquiries.

Location: Macquarie Park
Employment Type: Contract until February 2027
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 6:30pm

Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate quick and accurate resolution of queries and service requests

  • Log client information and interactions in internal systems

  • Liaise with care coordination and scheduling teams to support service delivery

  • Be the voice of the customer, escalating feedback to improve our services

What you’ll bring

You’re a confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset and a drive to support others.

You’ll need:

  • Experience in a contact centre, customer service or similar fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritise and manage time effectively

  • Comfort using a wide range of technology systems and platforms

  • Flexibility to work within team rosters and assist with extra shifts if required

Desirable:

  • Knowledge or experience in aged care or community services

  • A passion for supporting older people and their families
