MISIÓN:
Prestar asesoría legal a la compañía en asuntos de derecho comercial, antitrust, contractuales, consumidor y societarios. Adicional, dar soporte en litigios de consumidor y comerciales.
FUNCIONES/RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Prestar asesoría legal al equipo Comercial en estructuras de negocio, contractuales, antitrust y gestión legal del día a día.
- Prestar soporte legal en asuntos de consumidor y publicitarios.
- Redactar y negociar contratos.
- Prestar asesoría en antitrust.
- Liderar los litigios de consumidor, y dar soporte a demás litigios comerciales.
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA:
Profesional en Derecho.
EXPERIENCIA:
Mínimo 3 años como abogado en firma de abogados o como abogado in-house. Experiencia en derecho comercial, competencia, fortaleza en contratos y asuntos societarios.
Experiencia sólida en protección al consumidor.
CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS:
- Muy buen dominio de Inglés.
- Conocimiento de marcas y propiedad intelectual.

Skills Required
- Professional degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience in commercial law, competition law, contracts, and corporate matters
- Strong experience in consumer protection law
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of trademarks and intellectual property
