THE ROLE:
Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan and manage the team's short-term and daily operations
- Manage internal and external communication
- Check and report on the quality and efficiency of analysts' work and the streaming service
- Run training sessions for new employees and help the team grow
- Follow all internal rules and regulations
- Make decisions that improve content quality and efficiency
- Demonstrate expected standards in daily operations and behavior, setting the benchmark for professionalism, collaboration, and accountability within the team
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of the relevant sports
- Basic knowledge of the betting industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Good PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth product and industry expertise
- How to make quick, confident decisions under pressure
