Management and implementation of commercial policy:
• Lead and support the sales team in the field
• Identify customer and prospect needs and develop new markets.
• Supervise the commercial budget and make the necessary arbitrations.
• Centralize and coordinate needs and projects between different areas and teams.
• Propose adapted solutions in collaboration with technical and innovation teams to meet the needs of customers and partners.
Commercial development, key accounts, licensees and strategic partnerships:
• Initiate and monitor relationships with the company's strategic accounts.
• Conduct negotiations in the context of referrals and contract signatures (sales & licenses).
• Ensure the representation of the company at exhibitions, conferences and with a network of prescribers.
• Identify and develop opportunities for partnerships and strategic alliances.
Monitoring of results and management of the PIC:
• Define annual turnover objectives in line with the commercial strategy.
• Evaluate the individual and collective performances of teams.
• Propose annual action plans (sales & marketing) to the CODIR and deploy them with the team commercial.
Promotion and communication:
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy in connection with the group.
• Supervise and consolidate actions to promote the company with the teams.
• Organize and participate in events aimed at promoting the company's offer (fairs, press presentations, etc.)
• Support the visibility of the company and strengthen its positioning on the market.
