Il team di Operational Engineering, come parte del suo impegno continuo per allinearsi con le priorità strategiche del sito e migliorarne la struttura operativa, introdurrà all'interno dell'organizzazione la figura di Responsabile di Manutenzione con lo scopo di potenziare le capacità del team e rafforzare l'organizzazione.

Il Responsabile di Manutenzione sarà fondamentale nel garantire l'avviamento, mantenere e migliorare l'affidabilità e l'efficienza dei nuovi impianti sui due reparti di competenza.

In questo ruolo TU sarai responsabile di..

  • Sovrintendere alle attività di manutenzione per nuovi reparti gestendo e programmando le attività secondo le priorità e le richieste correlate al programma produttivo;

  • Garantire la conformità agli standard di sicurezza e regolamentari.

  • Guidare un team di professionisti della manutenzione per eseguire manutenzione preventiva e correttiva nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e di sicurezza

  • Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per ridurre al minimo i tempi di inattività e ottimizzare le prestazioni delle attrezzature.

  • Implementare le migliori pratiche e iniziative di miglioramento continuo per migliorare i processi di manutenzione.

  • Sviluppare e supervisionare la crescita dei collaboratori 

Perchè TU?

Qualifiche e Competenze Richieste:

  • Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico/gestionale

  • Esperienza maturata all'interno del settore tecnico in ambito di impianti di processo sterili

  • Capacità e Attitudne alla gestione del team

  • Attitudine al problem solving, capacità di lavorare in team, resilienza;

  • Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).

Qualifiche e Competenze Preferibili:

  • Conoscenza dei processi di produzione farmaceutica

  • Conoscenza base elettrica e meccanica

  • Buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici
