How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
O foco principal do Responsável de Manutenção é a excelência operacional técnica e o rigor regulamentar na renovação de Dispositivos Médicos, bem como a melhoria de processos com vista a maior eficiência e produtividade.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Garantir que todos os processos de renovação de dispositivos médicos cumprem os requisitos legais do Infarmed e as diretrizes do Grupo
- Coordenar os planos de manutenção preventiva/corretiva e as equipas de Limpeza e Desinfeção (L&D), assegurando a máxima rotação de stock de equipamentos
- Gestão direta da equipa promovendo a disciplina e o cumprimento de prazos
- Organizar as tarefas do armazém e salas L&D Teste e RS num ambiente de espaço limitado, otimizando o fluxo de entrada e saída de material
Are you a MATCH?
- Formação superior em Engenharia de Gestão Industrial ou Engenharia Mecânica (factor preferencial)
- Experiência de 2 a 5 anos em funções similares
- Experiência em ambientes ISO ou regulados pela saúde (valorizado)
- Noções de Lean Manufacturing
- Perfil dinâmico, "hands-on", rigoroso e com boa capacidade de comunicação com equipas operacionais

Skills Required
- Superior education in Industrial Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in ISO regulated environments
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Dynamic, hands-on profile with good communication skills
