Job Description
Arcadis is looking for a Resourcing and Mobilization Manager to To manage the strategic planning, allocation and mobilisation of resources for the project by collaborating with various project stakeholders, including Arcadis’ national and international design teams and Arcadis’ subconsultant organizations, to optimise resource utilization and achieve project schedule and budget objectives.
Primary Accountabilities:
Take overall responsibility for ensuring the project is consistently and adequately resourced by optimizing resource allocation, coordinating resourcing requirements and overseeing all project resourcing activities. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the wider Arcadis business and subconsultants to enhance resource identification and utilization.
The Resourcing & Mobilization Manager will:
- Own the overall Project Organization Chart
- Own the overall Project Resource Management Plan including project recruitment processes
- Own the Design Package Resource Plans
- Own all project related resource Mobilization and Demobilization (including all necessary communication)
- Chair regular resourcing meetings with key project stakeholders (including subconsultants)
- Monitor resource performance and produce resource performance reports for Senior Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Major project management experience (required).
- Stakeholder management experience (preferred).
- Management of resource planning in a Design Build (DB) environment on major projects (preferred).

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $130,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
