We’re looking for someone who understands the operational reality and wants to actively improve it — by supporting optimal workforce utilization, ensuring training readiness, and supporting technician development across the region.
You will support us with:
- Allocating technicians to projects based on competencies, certifications, and business needs, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency
- Planning technician rotations, availability, and deployment across projects, while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Building and maintaining training plans aligned with the project pipeline, including identification of training gaps
- Coordinating training activities with regional training centers and ensuring clear communication to technicians
- Maintaining accurate certification records and ensuring compliance before deployment
- Acting as the main point of contact for technicians regarding planning and administrative matters
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in resource planning, training coordination, or similar roles in the wind or technical services industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data (Excel or similar tools)
- Very good command of English (min. B2/C1)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in technical industries (e.g., wind, construction, energy, services) is a strong advantage
