We are seeking a Resource Planner to join our team. As a Resource Planner, you’ll be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that’s helping to make a life-changing difference to patients by identifying and coordinating the right talent for proposals, bid defense meetings, newly awarded studies and ongoing project needs. Who we’re looking for
- A structured, analytical thinker who can interpret resource demand, capacity and forecasting information.
- A confident communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders and is comfortable influencing and negotiating resource decisions.
- A proactive professional with a strong sense of urgency who identifies issues early and follows through promptly.
- A detail-oriented, accountable and flexible team member who can manage multiple priorities in a virtual, matrix environment.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate resource requirements for proposals, bid defense meetings, newly awarded studies and changes to project teams, considering timing, required hours, overall experience and therapeutic-area experience.
- Track proposed and confirmed assignments, follow up on bid defense outcomes and proposal start dates, and respond to replacement needs arising from leave or changes in study teams.
- Develop and track Project Management resourcing metrics and contribute to improvements in resource-planning tools, databases and change initiatives.
Additional details
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in finance, business, information technology, or a related field. Candidates who are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree may also be considered.
- Relevant professional experience in a corporate, international-company or international-team environment is expected.
- Strong computer and internet skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
