Position Summary
Entrega is seeking a structured and detail-oriented Resource Operations Coordinator to support Hiring Readiness & Recruitment Operations within our Service Performance Management (SPM) function.
This role will serve as the operational bridge between business leaders and Talent Acquisition, ensuring that hiring requests are clearly defined, documented, and aligned before recruiting begins. The coordinator will also maintain visibility into the company-wide hiring roadmap and generate recruiting performance reports to support leadership oversight.
This is not a sourcing or recruiting execution role. It is a hiring governance, documentation, and process discipline role designed to improve recruitment efficiency and workforce visibility.
This position is primarily in-office to enable close collaboration with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Hiring Readiness & Role Intake Coordination
- Coordinate and document hiring intake requests from business leaders
- Support development of Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs)
- Standardize and refine job posting structure and clarity
- Ensure required role documentation is complete prior to recruiting launch
- Maintain consistent job architecture and role documentation standards
- Track approval workflow for new hiring requests
- Recruitment Operations & Process Discipline
- Serve as operational liaison between Talent Acquisition and the business
- Ensure hiring expectations, interview panels, and role scope are clearly aligned
- Maintain structured documentation across the recruitment lifecycle
- Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements
- Reinforce disciplined hiring procedures and timelines
- Hiring Visibility & Reporting
- Maintain the company-wide hiring tracker and roadmap
- Monitor open role aging and hiring status updates
- Generate recruiting performance reports and dashboards
- Provide leadership visibility into hiring volume, timing, and pipeline status
- Track alignment between hiring plan and approved headcount roadmap
- Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Service Delivery and leadership teams to ensure hiring clarity
- Coordinate communication across stakeholders regarding hiring priorities
- Support onboarding coordination visibility as roles are filled
- Escalate hiring misalignment or documentation gaps to SPM leadership
Qualifications
The following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.
- 3–6+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent coordination roles
• Experience supporting hiring intake, job postings, and recruitment process workflows
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience generating recruiting or HR performance reports
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Comfort working cross-functionally with leadership and Talent Acquisition
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
