THE ROLE:
Join the Genius team helping sportsbooks level up with live data, expert services, and fan-first experiences that drive global engagement.
As a Resource Distribution Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our operations run efficiently day to day. You’ll manage team schedules, balance workload distribution, and track performance against coverage targets. Working closely with multiple teams, you’ll ensure our resources are allocated effectively, while compiling key reports that inform business decisions. This is a role that blends planning, data analysis, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Attention to Detail - Good level of accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and tracking operational data.
Multitasking Ability - Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to identify issues quickly and adapt to changing needs with practical solutions.
Data Interest - Passion in working with Excel and working with data.
Organisational Skills - Good planning ability to manage shifts, schedules, vacations, and training coordination.
Communication Skills - Clear and effective communicator, able to collaborate seamlessly across teams.
IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU KNOW:
Scheduling Tools - Experience with workforce planning, shift management, or scheduling systems.
