- Assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and design partners to deliver high-quality creative assets on schedule.
- Support the implementation of digital, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and social media campaigns in line with the regional marketing calendar.
- Coordinate PR and media activity, including drafting press materials, monitoring coverage, and liaising with agencies to maximize exposure.
- Assist in planning and execution of client events and experiences.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Manage administrative and reporting tasks, including budget tracking, invoicing, asset management, and performance dashboard. Collaborate with sales, development, and corporate teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning for each project.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within the luxury hospitality or real estate sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an asset.
- An excellent communicator, skilled at crafting clear and compelling messages for varied audiences
