Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation of Reservation department and improve reservation processes with compliance on brand standards.
- Supports reservation manager implementing Revenue decisions with team members.
- Provide on-the-job training to all Reservations Sales Agent and ensure all tasks are accurately completed.
- Assist in maximizing hotel revenue by managing reservations while coordinating with other departments in order to attain the best possible occupancy and rate
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in hotel reservations or rooms operations, preferably with supervisory exposure.
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
- Service-oriented, responsible, detail-minded and a role model of good team player and department trainer.
- Strong reservations operations knowledge, good customer service and selling techniques, strong communication and telephone manner, with knowledge of PMS (shiji is an advantage) and MS office Applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Reservations Supervisor.

Skills Required

- Ability to manage large volumes of information clearly and concisely
- Knowledge of OPERA and MS Office Application
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Good customer service and selling techniques
