Job Summary

The Reservations Project Manager is responsible for bringing to life high-impact initiatives across the Reservations lifecycle and Guest Journey. This role partners cross-functionally with Reservations Operations, IT, Product, Marketing, Finance, Trade Sales, and external vendors to deliver complex initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to the overall guest experience strategy.

This role serves as a single point of orchestration, ensuring initiatives move seamlessly from concept to execution while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and operational impacts across global teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and skilled at balancing speed, quality, change management and stakeholder alignment.

Essential Functions
  • Lead end-to-end project management for Reservations initiatives spanning pre-booking, booking, and post-booking guest journeys, ensuring alignment with business priorities and guest experience standards.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams and geographies with global teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to live reservations environments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to align on scope, requirements, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Serve as the central point of communication across all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Support technical teams by translating operational needs into actionable requirements and business context.
  • Monitor system-related risks, dependencies, testing cycles, and release readiness.
  • Support management efforts by coordinating readiness activities, communications, and training needs.
  • Maintain project governance artifacts, including status reports, RACI frameworks, timelines, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure alignment with broader enterprise initiatives and avoid duplication or conflicting priorities.
  • Apply lessons learned to improve project execution and stakeholder experience continuously.
  • Support the standardization of project management practices within Reservations.
Competency

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Hospitality Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience delivering cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification a plus

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within reservations, travel, hospitality, or service-based environments
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (scope, timeline, risk, dependencies, stakeholder management)
  • Experience partnering with IT and technology teams on system enhancements or implementations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams, particularly across the U.S. and Europe
  • Familiarity with reservations systems, CRM platforms, or contact-center technology
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities

Calling on unique and distinguished destinations alike, most voyages range from seven to ten nights, offering many overnight calls and uniquely curated experiences ashore.
