About the Opportunity
Job description:
This role will serve as the primary coordination hub across multiple collaborating institutions and subawardees (e.g., University of Washington, Tufts University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute), ensuring consistent communication, effective meeting coordination, and alignment on milestones, risks, and deliverables. This includes organizing monthly sponsor meetings, recurring technical meetings among subaward teams, biannual on-site sponsor visits, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The position will also provide direct administrative support to the PI as needed (e.g., correspondence/letter drafting, manuscript support, travel coordination, and grant preparation).

$67,855.00 - $95,845.00With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
